Structure and Responsibilities in SCOUT-O3
Activity leaders are assisted by Work Package Leaders, whose role will be to ensure the detailed delivery mechanisms are in place and, at the micro level, that the activities are on track. UCAM-EORCU will be involved in the scientific management of all the activities, e,g, in field campaign planning and operations.
